What you think? Are your thoughts a thing or are your thoughts just nerves and impulses without real substance or own existence?
We can describe wealth into three types:
General: Tangible or intangible things that improve a person, family or group.
Accounting: value of the accumulated tangible cash of an entity, land, buildings, etc.) and intangibles (copyrights, patents, registered trademarks, etc.), salable possessions less liabilities.
Economy: total of all assets of an economic unit that generate current income or have the potential to generate future income. It includes natural resources and human capital, but generally excludes money and values because they represent only claims of wealth.
Thoughts are things?
When you are thinking, do those thoughts have any impact on other objects around you? If you said yes, then you think thoughts are things. For thoughts to have an impact on other objects, those thoughts should be substantial and that is what we call a thing.
Or do your thoughts roam your head but have no impact on anything else unless you choose to act on them? Therefore, thoughts are not things because they have no substance to exist and affect other objects around the thinker.
In other words, do you act according to your thoughts or do your thoughts act upon you?
Many people will consider that thoughts are not things. That mind about matter cannot exist.
But what if they are wrong? What happens if thoughts are things? And does your mind have an impact on the objects that surround it? Well, I sure can't read your mind and I can't bend spoons with my mind, but I can influence my health and well-being with my thoughts.
The most obvious example is to look at a thick image and then feel sick to your stomach. However, the only thing that got into his stomach were the thoughts of how disgusting the image was.
Smoking can cause lung cancer, but a strong fear of cancer can also cause cancer. Our thoughts can make us feel relaxed or very tense, whether real or not. If you think you lost a hundred dollar bill, your blood boils but disappears instantly when you find the dollar bill after all. Long-term mental stress is a more common health problem than being physically overworked.
So what happens with things a little further, can your thoughts affect them too?
As I said before, I can't bend spoons, but I can attract or create more money and wealth in my life. Most people see their financial world as something that happens to them. But if thoughts are really things, they should also be able to impact your financial world. And they do it.
Obviously, when you say I want a million dollars, it doesn't appear the next day. Your mind cannot go to rob a bank and take it to your door. But it can influence the opportunities that could generate a million dollars.
Your mind can attract and highlight those opportunities for you. If you thought you really wanted to earn a million dollars, you will begin to see those financial opportunities. Not all are winners. You must learn how to make that million not only fall into your lap, but your mind will come out and help you find the opportunities to do so. Not everyone wants to earn a million dollars, but the same principle applies to small amounts of money. Do you need a better paid job? Do you want to go on vacation? Buy a new car?
Using your mental power is like having the inside scoop where to go. Your thoughts tell the mind what to look for. With proper guidance, the mind can find almost anything in the jungle. And he can do this for you too.
However, be careful because negative thoughts can have negative effects. Most people who have trouble attracting more money into their lives have unconscious negative thoughts that work against them.
This may seem like bad luck, but it actually comes from the seed of negative thoughts. And the root, seed and plant of those negative thoughts must be eliminated. Otherwise, negative thoughts will continue to absorb all the water preventing good thoughts from thriving.
Yes, thoughts are things. And the more you think about them, the more solid they become. So make sure that the thoughts you are thinking about all the time are the thoughts you want to solidify in your life.
