How do you know that a person is willing to achieve self-improvement?This is an inquiry with no complete answer. Everything will depend on the individual.
Many have goals, dreams or ambitions, but do not know how to achieve them. They have thought about what constitutes personal improvement and their ideal life, but they have no idea how we started the plan and the actions necessary to make them a reality.
Some people have a vague idea of how to achieve self-improvement. These are the ones who think that if they only had a better job, or if they had better opportunities, or knew the love of their life or what, everything would be fine and they would be cheerful.
They feel that their happiness or lack of happiness is decided by external factors and that their thoughts and actions are of little importance.
Some believe that if they only had more money they could have what they want and be on their way to self-improvement.
They have spent little time thinking about what they really want from life, and they really don't believe they can do anything with their diffuse version of utopia, apart from buying more lottery tickets.
Other people don't even know what they really want from life and may even have little idea of what would really make them happy. They seem to drift day by day, week by week, month by month and year by year, and do little more than simply survive.
They can have seemingly safe jobs and earn enough to live relatively comfortable lives. They seem happy enough and do not have a great ambition to get something more out of their lives to achieve more than they currently have.

Is personal improvement important?
The reality is that all our life we are growing and developing. Circumstances make us grow and evolve, even if we don't make the conscious decision to do so.
Up to a certain age, we learn through formal education and continue to learn through our experiences for the rest of our lives. We must learn and grow to handle whatever life throws at us. We all have to go through self improvement.
Modern life moves at a much faster rate than at any other time in history. For anyone in modern society, there are more opportunities than ever to do something you want to do with your life.
But there is more competition than ever before, and ever-changing technology means that there really is little or no 'work for life'. This is now normal not only to change jobs often throughout our working life, but also to completely change careers and industries.
Because the workplace is so competitive, ambitious and avid successful people know that they need to learn new skills and knowledge to stay ahead. To achieve this, the needs of self improvement.
These are the people who are most likely to have their jobs, or progress to keep within their field, or will be easily employed in different organizations or sectors.
A commitment to self-improvement and personal growth can be the deciding factor of how the future will say it.
